Individual performance nutrition coaching for athletes who want more energy, better recovery and an event-day strategy they can trust.
From first-time finish lines to the CrossFit Games.
Who I coach
Coaching is for committed athletes at every level. You do not need to be elite. You need a goal, a willingness to communicate and an approach that can work in real life.
For runners, cyclists and triathletes who need enough energy for the work, a stronger recovery routine and a race plan tested in training.
For athletes balancing strength, conditioning and competition weekends, from everyday training through to the highest level of the sport.
For athletes combining running, lifting and body-composition goals without letting under-fuelling quietly limit performance.
What I do
No generic meal plan. No perfect-food list. We build repeatable structure around your sessions, your appetite, your schedule and the result you are working towards.
A nutrition operating system built around your real training week. We shape meals, snacks, recovery and hydration around the demands that actually change.
Carbohydrate loading, pre-event food, during-event fuelling, hydration, caffeine and recovery, all tested before you race or compete.
A progressive approach to tolerating more fuel at training or competition intensity, using the products and practical set-up you will use on the day.
A measured approach when it supports the goal. We protect training quality, recovery and health rather than chasing the lightest possible athlete.
Individual guidance that separates useful strategy from noise, with clear reasoning behind what is worth using and what is not.
Practical plans for multi-event days, travel, heat, short turnarounds and the moments when simple decisions matter most.
How coaching works
We start with your training, goals, current routine, preferences and the problems that are getting in the way.
You get a practical structure that makes clear what to do on easy, hard, long and competition days.
You test it in real life, with direct support when training, appetite, travel or routines do not go to plan.
Check-ins turn your feedback into useful changes, while education helps you become less dependent on the coach.

Who I am
I built Winrow Performance to give athletes useful, honest nutrition support without making food another source of stress.
As a former tennis player turned triathlete, I have experience on both sides of the performance coin: chasing improvement and learning the hard way what happens when the fundamentals, like fuelling, aren't right. A personal experience with Low Energy Availability is what sparked my journey into performance nutrition and shaped how I now coach athletes.
I hold a BSc in Exercise Physiology, a PGDip in Performance Nutrition from the Institute of Performance Nutrition (IOPN) and have worked with hundreds of athletes across sports including triathlon, cycling, CrossFit, HYROX, running, weightlifting and tennis.
At WP, my goal is simple: to help you fuel smarter, perform stronger and recover faster through evidence-informed nutrition coaching that is tailored specifically to you and your lifestyle demands.
Understand the reason behind the plan.
Build confidence in the decisions you make.
Become capable without becoming dependent.
Coaching options
Every level starts with a nutrition strategy built around your training, goals, lifestyle and food preferences. The difference is how independently you want to implement it and how often we review, coach and refine it together.

Race & competition nutrition
Race or competition day should not be the first time you discover whether your food, carbohydrate intake, fluids or caffeine strategy sit well. We work backwards from the event and test the important details in training.
One-off support
A complete event-specific strategy, built and refined with you before you race or compete.

Bring a specific problem, training block or event. Leave with clear priorities and practical next steps.
Common questions
No. Tracking can be useful for some athletes and unnecessary for others. We use the least complicated tool that gives us the information we need.
You will get structure, targets, timing guidance and practical food ideas. The aim is a flexible system you can use, not a rigid list that falls apart when life changes.
No. I coach committed recreational athletes through to international competitors. The standard is willingness to engage with the process, not the level you currently compete at.
Yes, when it is appropriate for your health, training and goal. We pursue it in a way that protects performance rather than treating the lowest possible body weight as the objective.
